Due to our company's SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing, we are not allowed to accept any returns or exchanges unless the products are defective. If you received defective products from us, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at (323)888-2929 or email <order@lechef.net>. Please provide them with product code, Invoice number and picture of label.
Since 2016, Le Chef Bakery’s Montebello, California facility has been certified as meeting the rigorous requirements of the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Code for Manufacturing of frozen dough bakery pastries, frozen dough cookies, baked pastries and baked cookies.

Kindly complete the new customer inquiry form found under the "Contact Us" section.
To add additional users to your account, please follow these steps:
1) Log in to your account.
2) Click the Le Chef logo located in the top right corner of the screen.
3) Select Contacts from the menu.
4) Enter the required information for each new user.
5) Make sure to select Yes for "Allow Web Access."
6) Set a temporary password for each user. They will be able to reset their password after logging in for the first time.
